Kleeberg & Alpina offers you very spacious and restful furnished 2 - 3 room apartments.
The apartments are available with ample south balcony or optional with terrace.
You’ re living only 5 minutes from the centre of town in a quiet and sunny position, away from stress and hecticness.
Our houses are the ideal starting point for all footpathes, the famous „Waalweg“, the cableway “Unterstell“, the Merano “Höhenweg”, all children’s playgrounds, shops and also the Naturno „Erlebnisbad“ they you can reach quickly and comfortable without car.

All prices are all-inclusive-prices, they contain:
- The bedclothes and kitchen towels (no hand and bath towels)
- Reserved parking for cars and bicycles
- „Südtirol-Guest Pass“ - public transport free
- Free entry from 17th may – 14th September to the public swimmingpool Therme of Naturno (10 minutes walking distance) (not for short stay of 1 night)
- Our electric current is furnished by 100% of guaranteed green energy generated of South Tyrolian hydroelectric power.
- Type A: 49 €
- Type B: 59 €
- Dogs: welcome, but they have no access to the garden, thanks for your understanding.
- Animals: 14 € for day
- short stay animals: until 2 nights 32 € per animal
South Tyrolian local tax: 2,10 €.- p.p./night, children under 14 years are exempt from levy

Cancellation fee
For instance of cancellation or untimely start we use the Austrian gastronomy cancellation conditions (AGBH 2006)
- 3 months before the agreed date of arrival: no cancellation fee
- 1 month before the date of arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
- 2 weeks before the date of arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
- within the last 2 weeks preceding the date of arrival or no check in: 90% of the total agreed price
